Barker Shoes

Barker Shoes have always understood the power of good design, fashion and culture. The company has only employed me for 18 months and in that short time not only have they supported me in my work as a maintenance engineer they’re also encouraged me as a sculptor and artist, taking every opportunity to promote and exhibit my work in their shop or grounds of the factory. It’s impossible not to be inspired when your surrounded by a  dedicated and enthusiastic workforce and knowing that they make some of the best shoes in the world

 Medieval Knight, Desktop Wallpaper

The Red Knight will be on display at Wicksteed Park till the end of the season; exhibited by the narrow gauge railway station he will be the latest character from the Arthurian legend.

The miniature railway has always named its locomotives after the Camelot’s characters. The first locomotive named King Arthur who was then replaced by “Lady of the lake” and today Merlin will take you around the park
